Essay

In the dissertation it has been proved that the formation of professional pedagogical competence in Master of Educational Sciences students is an urgent social demand, meeting which requires higher pedagogical education to focus on advanced information technologies, first of all smart technologies. Master of Educational Sciences students’ professional pedagogical competence has been defined as a general ability based on subject and basic pedagogical knowledge, contextual and creative professional skills, potential abilities for continuous professional development, gnoseological awareness, worldview and cultural opinions, mastery of advanced educational technologies and smart technologies, ability to solve problems of inclusion and other diversities including genius, focus on pedagogical, professional and universal values, transnational consciousness and national identity, multicultural openness, language competence as a proficiency in native and foreign languages which enables further professional growth.
