Symonov R. Global strategies and competitive models of pharmaceutical business

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the strategies’ transformation process and competitive models of the pharmaceutical business in the global environment. Considerable attention is paid to the substantiation of the globalization paradigm of the world pharmaceutical industry’s development. The evolution of the theoretical and methodological ways of studying transnationalization of business activities has been revealed. Based on a comprehensive description of key forms of transnationalization processes in the pharmaceutical business, the institutional format of its regulatory framework has been determined and the effectiveness of institutions in this area has been identified.
