The thesis is devoted to substantiation and development of theoretical bases, methodical maintenance and practical recommendations concerning development of the international trade and economic relations of agrarian sector.
The content of international trade and economic relations of the agricultural sector is specified in the work; the logical-structural scheme of the institutional environment of the international trade development and economic relations in the agrarian sector of Ukraine is constructed; a methodical approach to determining the level of ITEC in the agricultural sector has been developed; methodological support for assessing the impact of foreign markets on changes and competitiveness of products of the Ukrainian agricultural sector has been developed; the impact of foreign trade factors on the development of doing business in the agricultural sector has been evaluated; the quality of ITEC in the agricultural sector is determined.
The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical, organizational and legal principles of international trade and economic relations in the agricultural sector, which reveals the institutional support for the development of ITEC in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, based on the logical and structural scheme in the agricultural sector at the corporate level, which will contribute to the expansion of international trade relations in the agricultural sector through the creation of appropriate institutional conditions.
Based on the identification of key trends in the world economy, the basic features of the development of trade and economic relations are identified. The provisions of the dissertation research are offered, which provides for the consideration of trade and economic relations and ensuring their development through the prism of institutions, markets and interstate partnership. A base of concepts has been developed, which includes export potential, institutional environment, competitiveness of agricultural products, quality of ITEC of the agricultural sector. The elements of the concept essence of international trade and economic relations.
The second chapter provides an analysis of the state and trends of ITEC in the agricultural sector, which provides a methodological approach to determining the level of ITEC in the agricultural sector, which provides the formation of a set of indicators provides for the calculation of integrated indicators of ITEC development in the appropriate forms, and allows to determine the priority trade positions in the agricultural sector and to justify promising export-import transactions between countries.
A set of indicators for analyzing the competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural products in international markets is proposed, which includes evaluation at three levels: global, partnership and national, represented by a set of quantitative indicators, focused on a single product to identify trends, develop measures to increase competitiveness.
The third chapter offers methodological support for the development of international trade and economic relations in the agricultural sector; a methodological support for assessing the impact of foreign markets on change and competitiveness of the Ukrainian agricultural sector is developed, which includes patterns and laws of market development, which is proposed for many indicators such as: prices, export-import of goods by specific countries, consumption in domestic markets of exporting and importing countries, number of world exporters-competitors, number of main world importers-consumers, volumes of quotas for duty-free import. Methodological support for the influence of foreign trade factors on the development of trade and economic relations in the agricultural sector was developed, which provides the determination of key external and internal institutional component factors in relation to the national economy, ranking and evaluation which allowed to identify the most threatening and most promising ones to ensure the intensification of export activities in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Methodological support for assessing the quality of ITEC in the agricultural sector was given, which contains the method of illegible sets, using which it is possible to take into account the level of ITEC, foreign trade balance, the presence of interagency bodies of bilateral cooperation, which allows to determine strategic priorities and choose tools for managing trade and economic relations in terms of inter-partner relations of Ukraine.
The practical significance of the obtained results is that the theoretical and methodological provisions of the work are brought to the level of specific methodological recommendations for the implementation in ITEC in the agricultural sector. The practical significance of the obtained results is confirmed by certificates of implementation at LLC "HARPROD" (reference № 200/1-20 from 12.06.2020) and LLC ("URSK") (reference № 112/1-3 from 10.02.2019).
