A systematic analysis of the principles of official law of Ukraine is carried out, problems in their legal regulation and application are singled out, prospects of improvement of their normative fixing for the purpose of effective application are defined. The provisions of legal doctrine on the understanding of service law and its place, the role in the system of national law are studied and generalized and the author's definition of service law as a sphere of objectification of principles is offered.
