Dzhaburiia O. Organizational forms of advocacy

Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 081 "Law". – National University "Odessa Law Academy", Odessa, 2020. The dissertation research is devoted to the study of the general theoretical workings, as well as the acquisition of new theoretical knowledge related to organizational forms of advocacy. The purpose of the dissertation is to formulate scientifically established conclusions concerning organizational forms of advocacy in order to increase the efficiency of the Bar of Ukraine. The paper presents a general description of organizational forms of advocacy in Ukraine, explores the concepts and types of organizational forms of advocacy, principles of organization and activities of the Bar and their impact on organizational forms of advocacy. The research draws attention to the fact that in the field of advocacy there is not exclusively one complex legal relationship regarding the provision of legal assistance, but a whole set (system) of legal relations related to each other. As a result, it has been concluded that the organizational forms of advocacy come as a system of legal regulated by law relations involving designated entities that emerge in the process of legal practice, in particular, the relationships in the subsystem "founders/participants" of legal entities. These relations are established with the purpose of carrying out the legal practice, registration of individual legal practice as an independent professional activity, considering special aspects of their taxation, termination of these legal entities or their activity, etc.
