Lukashevska U. Public Management of the Development of Financial Technologies in the Conditions of the Reforming of the Financial System of Ukraine

The object of the study is the process of public management of financial technology development. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the theoretical and methodological provisions and develop practical recommendations for public management of the development of financial technologies in terms of reforming the financial system of Ukraine. The author used such methods as: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization, analysis and synthesis, nonparametric statistical, modeling, morphological analysis, graphical method, abstract-logical method. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles of public management of the development of financial technologies in the context of reforming the financial system of Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the results: the author has formed a methodical approach to modeling of public management of development of financial technologies in the conditions of reforming of financial system; has improved the conceptual bases of the essence of financial technologies in the conditions of reforming the financial system of Ukraine; the theoretical basis of the essence of financial technologies; basics of the influence of the public administration ecosystem on the scale of production of financial and technological products; has developed the theoretical bases of research of essence of public management in modern conditions of development; the theoretical provisions for determining the main dominants of the public department of financial technologies development in Ukraine. The subject of research are theoretical and methodological and applied principles of public management of the development of financial technologies in terms of reforming the financial system. Author’s recommendations are used during the of public management of financial technology development. The scope of use of the author's recommendations is state and regional authorities, state innovative financial and credit institutions, etc.
