The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the processes of offshore business in global conditions and mechanisms for its implementation in corporate strategies and business models of MNC. Considerable attention is paid to the substantiation of the global theory of offshorization of business activity with the disclosure of the genesis and evolution of the theoretical arsenal of its research. The effectiveness of national and international controlling tools for offshoring operations is assessed based on the disclosure of channels of influence of globalization imperatives on the development of business offshoring.
