The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodological generalization of the processes of transformation of the world energy market, complex characteristics of regularities, tendencies, and perspective directions of modern transformation of the world energy market. The author's interpretation of the concept of "modern transformation of the world energy market" is formulated as common in essence and directions quantitative and qualitative dynamic mutually stimulating transformations of a multilevel system of relations between stakeholders of the internal and external environment in interaction with other world markets based on 3D transformation paradigm.
