Yaroshovych V. Formation and implementation of the state policy of socialization of student youth in higher education institutions in Ukraine

Object of research: state policy of socialization of student youth. The aim is to substantiate scientific and theoretical approaches and develop practical recommendations for public authorities to improve management tools in the formation and implementation of state policy of socialization of student youth in higher education institutions in Ukraine at the present stage. Methods: a set of general scientific, specifically scientific and special methods was used: both theoretical and empirical. Results: it is substantiated that the management tools for the implementation of state policy of socialization of student youth in higher education institutions in connection with changing socio-economic factors should become a platform for implementing effective decisions at all levels of government with their scientific and theoretical justification. Novelty: solved an urgent task, which is to justify the formation of scientific and theoretical approaches and develop practical recommendations for public authorities to improve management tools for implementing public policy of socialization in higher education in Ukraine at the present stage. Received further development: the importance of social and educational activities in higher education institutions in the formation of a system of values ​​in student youth. It is substantiated that the system of values ​​can regulate the socio-cultural behavior of young people in society, aimed at the development of natural forces and mediated by the cultural attitude to their capabilities. Public policy should form public-power relations, coordinate the actions of relevant public authorities on the development of socialization processes, as well as ensure comprehensive interaction of government agencies with higher education institutions and student government organizations. It was found that the education of young people as an active subject of civil society is motivated by a system of processes that creates opportunities and at the same time provides young people with the necessary amount of knowledge and skills, forms their ability to understand social reality. Implemented in the activities of: City Association of Public Organizations "Lviv Community", Lviv City Organization of Deputies "Association of Deputies of Lviv", Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after SZ Gzhytsky. Areas of use: public administration, local government and self-government, public organizations, higher education institutions.
