The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental research of the problem of increasing the readiness of future humanities specialities teachers to work in a polyethnic educational environment. The Introduction substantiates the significance and expediency of the chosen topic. The object, subject, purpose, tasks and research methods have been formulated. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the paper have been outlined. The information on approbation and implementation of obtained results have been given.The stages of introduction of formation pedagogical technology of future teachers readiness for work in the conditions of polyethnic educational environment are allocated: orientation-motivational, activity, estimation-reflexive. Within these stages, appropriate methods are presented: organization and implementation of educational activities, stimulation and motivation, control, creative activity, interactive, as well as forms: training methods, business games, heuristic conversations, discussions, case studies, project work etc. Within the stages, educational information has been used, which reveals the following blocks of knowledge: worldview prerequisites for the development of national minorities education as an interdisciplinary pedagogical phenomenon; historical and pedagogical origins of training teachers to work in educational institutions of national minorities in domestic and foreign pedagogical theory and practice; theory and practice of preparation of future teachers for work in preschool institution, general secondary education establishment of national minorities; use of ethnopedagogy in the educational process of higher educational establishment; organization of the educational process in educational institutions of national minorities. As a result of the pedagogical experiment, the majority of respondents in the experimental group have received high and medium development of readiness to work in a polyethnic educational environment. The prospective directions of further researcher`s inquiry as development of a problem of future humanities specialities teachers’ formation readiness to work in the conditions of polyethnic educational space by means of non-formal and informal education are allocated.
