Essay

The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the following: for the first time, pedagogical conditions for the readiness development in future bachelors of physical education and sports for the organization of leisure and recreational activity in institutions of higher education were substantiated and experimentally proven, namely: 1) strengthening of motivational potential and development of a value attitude to a healthy lifestyle, organization of leisure and recreational activities; 2) integral combination of traditional teaching methods and innovative ones, aimed at activating vocational mobility and simulation of vocational situations related to leisure and recreational activities of future bachelors of physical education and sports; 3) the development of vocational and creative potential and the advancement of the level of pedagogical majesty of the future bachelors in the process of engagement in the organization of educational and recreational activity; The notion of the term “readiness development in future bachelors of physical education and sports for the organization of leisure and recreational activities” was specified; peculiarities of a lifestyle in higher education applicants and their motivational priorities in leisure and recreational activities were determined; Content, forms, and methods for the organization of leisure and recreational activities by means of recreational fitness were developed in order to improve vocational training quality in bachelors of physical education and sports in higher education institutions; Further development was given to scientific provisions on methodology, the content of vocational training in bachelors of physical education and sports; approaches to determining the criteria, indicators, and levels of readiness of future bachelors of physical education and sports for the organization of leisure and recreational activities and development of diagnostic tools for the research. Practical significance of the obtained results lies in their sufficient readiness for the introduction into the educational process in a higher education institution as well as the development of the author's model, work programs, and methodological support of the discipline from the main bachelor training cycle: Recreational Motor Activity and Physical Education and Sports Rehabilitation (180 hours, 6.0 ECTS credits); syllabuses for the selective disciplines: Sports Games with Recreation and Health-Improving Orientation (90 hours, 3.0 ECTS credits); Unconventional Sports (90 hours, 3.0 ECTS credits); of Educational Program in advanced education for physical education teachers/lecturers/coaches; Leisure and Recreational Activities, consisting of 5 modules intended for 150 hours (5.0 ECTS credits). The research findings can be used in the development of work programs in disciplines, courses and teaching aids for the vocational training of future bachelors of physical education and sports for the organization of leisure and recreational activities; as part of teaching bachelors, the organization of coaching practice (teaching), out-of-class, independent activities of students, providing selforganization and competitiveness, the manifestation of a high level of professional skills; in the system of advanced training of physical education teachers/teachers/trainers; in the development of teaching aids, guidelines and can become a basis for further research.
