Kloba T. Regulation of financial imbalances of endogenous oriented development of the regions of Ukraine

The dissertation substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of regulation of financial imbalances of endogenous oriented development of regions, clarifies the reasons of their occurrence and features of manifestation at the regional level. The practical recommendations on improving tools of regulation and directions of overcoming financial imbalances in current conditions are formed. Theoretical basis of endogenously oriented development of regions is revealed. The conceptual and terminological apparatus of the research has been improved, namely: the dual approach to positioning the essence of the concept of "financial imbalances of the region" is substantiated. The logical scheme of identification and regulation of financial imbalances of endogenously oriented development of regions is offered. The methodical approach to estimating financial imbalances of regions has been improved. The expediency of application of effective instruments of different types of policies (budgetary, financial, regional, socio-economic) is substantiated, the basic principles of regulation and priority tasks are defined. The necessity of strengthening the budget security of regions in the conditions of financial and economic instability as a key condition for ensuring their balanced growth is proved. The influence of financial imbalances on endogenous development of regions is substantiated.
