The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical analysis, generalization and empirical research of the pupils' groups and class teacher interaction psychological mechanisms problem. A comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of pedagogical interaction is presented; the mechanisms and factors of the interaction of class teachers with pupils within the framework of the system approach specifics are revealed; mechanisms of interaction of class teachers with student groups in the line of the system approach is presented; the differences of pedagogical interaction in the hierarchical and supporting models of the organization of educational space in accordance with the use of trust and control mechanisms are analyzed; the severity of the socio-psychological climate in pupils groups with a teacher who uses different models and types of interaction is described; criteria and indicators of empirical research of mechanisms of interaction of pupils groups with the class teacher is developed; the influence of value comprehension of pedagogical activity by teachers on their communicative behavior with students is revealed; the regularities of the interaction of students and class teachers are defined and described, which is generalized in the theoretical-empirical mo
