Essay

The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time from the standpoint of pedagogical science the process of formation of informational culture of student youth in the conditions of information-hybrid war is analyzed; theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions for the formation of informational culture of student youth in the information-hybrid war, which include: raising the awareness of student youth on the search, retrieval and critical analysis of the information on the basis of critical thinking by enriching the content of professional training and extracurricular activities with information and cognitive materials; implementation of a set of volunteer activities aimed at forming the information culture of student youth in the information-hybrid war during pedagogical (internship) training; optimization of formation of the information culture of students in the conditions of information-hybrid war through the use of modern web technologies in educational process; the essence and structure of informational culture of student youth are specified; forms and methods of formation of informational culture of student youth in the conditions of information-hybrid war, methods of diagnostics of efficiency of this process organization in higher education institutions are improved; scientific ideas about the specifics of the educational process in information-hybrid war conditions, criteria and levels of informational culture of student youth are further developed. The practical significance of the study is that the developed pedagogical conditions for the formation of informational culture of student youth in the information-hybrid war conditions can be used by curators, vice-deans in social and humanitarian work to develop skills and abilities of self-analysis of information obtained, which is formed, clarified, affects human consciousness, knowledge of technologies of critical rethinking and processing of the received information; self-assessment and self-reflection of student youth in relation to critical analysis of the received information; ability to predict the result due to the information obtained on the basis of self-analysis of valuable moral and ethical knowledge, ideas, the degree of value attitude to it through behavior and activities.
