Pysarevska O. Formation of strategic competence of future international lawyers in the universities of France

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the process of formation of strategic competence of future international lawyers in the universities of France. Theoretical and methodological aspects have been analyzed and expertise of strategic competence formation of future international lawyers in the universities of France has been scientifically generalize. The essence and structure of strategic competence of future international lawyers and its components (content-based, professional and cognitive, operative and activity-based, communicative and informational, personality-based and motivational) have been distinguished. The stages, organizational and procedural, as well as content-based peculiarities of strategic competence formation of future international lawyers in the universities of France have been identified. A model of strategic competence formation of future international lawyers in the universities of France has been build up which is formed by the following blocks: purpose-oriented (purpose, task and social demand of the contemporary society regarding training of an expert in international law), methodological (components of strategic competence, approaches within the framework of which it is formed, principles and rules), organizational and procedural (organization forms, methods and means of training), content-based (knowledge, expertise, skills, academic courses and strategy types being formed) and control-and result-based (levels of well-formedness of strategic competence, criteria and indicators). Implementation ways of ideas of the best French expertise regarding strategic competence formation of future international lawyers in the context of Ukrainian higher education institutions have been set out. A training educational and methodical complex which includes the program of the academic discipline “Strategies of Oral and Written Communication in International Law” and the educational and methodical textbook “Stratégies pour la communication orale et écrite en Droit international” has been created. The textbook acquaints students with the peculiarities of the use of communicative strategies of professional communication in French in the field of international law, the basics of professional communication in oral and written forms, and also allows to increase the general level of students' knowledge of French professionally.
