Research work is devoted to the problem of preparation of future specialists of agrarian branch for professional activity, separation and check of efficiency of pedagogical conditions and structural-functional model of readiness of future specialists of agrarian branch for professional activity. The state of elaboration of the raised question in the psychological and pedagogical theory and practice is investigated. The aim of the concept of "readiness of future agricultural specialists for professional activity" is clarified, which is interpreted as a complex socio-psychological formation which is characterized by awareness of the importance of activities in the learning process, the focus of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities to perform the tasks of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Among the structural components of the readiness of future specialists of higher agricultural education are: motivational component; semantic component; procedural component; personal development component. The pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future experts of agrarian branch to professional activity are theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked. The effectiveness of the structural-functional model of readiness of future agricultural specialists for professional activity has been developed and tested, which reflects the content and relationship of the whole-diagnostic, didactic, content-procedural, prognostic-effective blocks. The reliability of the obtained results is proved by methods of mathematical statistics using Fisher's criterion.
