Betina V. Management of strategic adaptation of the enterprise

The purpose of the dissertation work is to provide a scientific substantiation of theoretical recommendations and development practical recommendations for improving management of strategic adaptation of tourism enterprises. The object of the research is a management process of strategic adaptation of touristic enterprises. The subject of the research – a set of theoretical provisions, scientific, methodological and practical principles of management of strategic adaptation of tourism enterprises. Research methods: dialectical method, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical analysis – in the formation of the concept of management of strategic adaptation of tourism enterprises; systematization and epistemological methods – in assessing the tangible and intangible values of inter-integration relations within the business ecosystem; statistical methods of data processing, methods of grouping and comparison, analytical methods – to evaluate the current status and prospects of tourism business development and forecast possible tempos of its recovery after the pandemic; interviewing methods and expert assessments to diagnose development potentials of strategic adaptation of tourism enterprises; Grapho-analytical methods using Grafikus and Gnuplot software services – to illustrate the study outcomes; methods of content analysis and Internet monitoring – to identify the effectiveness of e-channels for promoting of tourism products; method of functional modelling IDEF0 – to develop a functional model of sales management of tourism products within the business ecosystem. The obtained information, as a result of the study, was processed using standard programs Microsoft Excel, Statistica.
