Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the actual scientific and applied problem on the formation of a system of labor motivation in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. To this end, scientific and methodological principles were studied and systematized, the assessment and analysis of the formation of the system of motivation of personnel in agricultural enterprises was carried out, promising directions of its development were determined. One of the features of agriculture is seasonality of production, which leads to uneven workload of workers during the year, and therefore the amount of wages. This, along with other problems of motivation of personnel of agricultural enterprises, causes a significant part of the working uncertainty in the future, disinterest in the final results of the enterprises. Based on a survey conducted among employees of agricultural enterprises in the Berezhany district of Ternopil region, it was established that among the intangible incentives, 93% of respondents consider permanent employment as the most important; 87.3% of respondents consider the moral climate in the team as a key factor of motivation; 83.7% of the polled emphasized the importance of management's attitude to subordinates; 81.2% - interest in labor. At the same time, only 11.2% of employees of agricultural enterprises consider creative nature of work to be an important incentive, 11.4% - moral incentives, 16.7% - participation in the management of the enterprise. Thus, such a system of labor motivation is needed, which would take into account both material factors of influence on the activities of personnel, as well as moral and psychological methods that will provide a sense of confidence and comfort for employees in case of high-quality performance of their professional duties. The dissertation carried out economic and mathematical modeling of the system of material stimulation of personnel of agricultural enterprises to effective work, which is justified that motivational tools that are implemented in the form of influence on production factors should be applied in a rational logical sequence (algorithm) with appropriate structsing by groups of factors (capital, land, labor) and directions of influence on the level of motivation (stimulants and destimulators). Compliance with such an algorithm, reflected in the form of a diagram of the Japanese scientist K. Ishikawa, will enhance the action of each subsequent tool and achieve a higher level of motivation and better results of work in the end.
