Essay

The dissertation investigates the problem of future primary school teacher training for the implementation of a synergetic approach in the process of pedagogical interaction. Its analysis in pedagogical theory and practice is carried out. The components, criteria, indicators, and levels of future primary school teachers’ readiness to implement a synergetic approach in the process of pedagogical interaction are determined; the author’s structural and functional model is modeled and described; its efficiency is proved. Educational and methodological support for the process of future primary school teacher training in the context of the issue is developed.Based on the theoretical generalization of scientific works on the research problem, it is determined that the synergetic paradigm is based on the key characteristics of the system, which, in turn, underlie the principles of synergetics. Attention is focused on the spread of synergetics in the field of pedagogical science; its role in the study of the logic of pedagogical processes in educational systems is clarified. The essence of the pedagogical system is revealed; its structural (the purpose of pedagogical activity, educational and scientific information, means of pedagogical communication, ways of pedagogical influence, pupils, and a teacher) and functional (gnostic, design, constructive, communicative, organizational) components are determined.
