MALONOHA S. The Mechanisms of Infrastructure Transformation of Emergency Medical Services in Ukraine in the Conditions of Digitalization

The presents the substantiation of theoretical principles and development of methodological approaches to the infrastructural transformation of emergency medical care in Ukraine in terms of digitalization. The dissertation reveals the theoretical foundations of public management of the development of emergency medical care in the context of digitalization; generalized foreign practices of emergency medical care in the context of digital transformations; the analysis of normative-legal maintenance of public management of development of emergency medical care of Ukraine is carried out; a review of the current state and identified mechanisms for influencing the infrastructural transformation of emergency medical care in Ukraine; developed methodological approaches and provided recommendations for the use of mechanisms of infrastructural transformation of emergency medical care by public authorities.
