In the dissertation, theoretical and methodological approaches, as well as practical recommendations for the development of directions for transforming the mechanism of implementing effective governance in Ukraine in the context of Eurointegration to reform state management, are substantiated. Within the scope of the research, the conceptual foundations of the mechanism of effective governance in the conditions of European integration are expanded. Key priorities for Ukraine in implementing public administration reform in modern conditions are identified. Scientific approaches to the transformation of normative-legal, institutional, organizational, information-communication, and personnel support of state authorities at various levels are developed with the aim of further implementing the principles of public administration. These studies have addressed the current scientific task of systematizing the directions for transforming the mechanism of implementing effective governance in Ukraine in the context of Eurointegration for the successful reform of state management.
