BUCHYNSKYI O. Improving investment mechanisms of public administration in the regions of Ukraine

The dissertation substantiates the theoretical and methodological provisions and develops practical recommendations for improving investment mechanisms of public administration in the regions of Ukraine, namely: summarizes the scientific work on the study of theoretical and methodological principles of public management of investment processes at the regional level; the world experience of formation of the system of public management of investment processes at the regional level is investigated; the state of implementation of the state investment policy of Ukraine is analyzed and the problems of application of investment mechanisms of public administration at the regional level are outlined; an assessment of the effectiveness of investment mechanisms of public administration at the regional level; the prospects of using indicative planning and program-target approach in the system of public management of investment processes at the regional level are determined; proposals for improving investment mechanisms of public administration based on the development of public-private partnerships have been developed.
