Kolomiiets O. Management of milk production and processing

The object of the research is the processes of development and functioning of the dairy subcomplex of Ukraine, taking into account the existing economic relations between market entities. The purpose of the thesis is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for managing the production and processing of milk. Scientific novelty lies in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and substantiation of practical recommendations for the effective management of milk production and processing. The research used the following methods: theoretical generalization, historical and abstract-logical, monographic, analysis and synthesis, computational-constructive, econometric modeling, graphic, expert survey, systems approach, etc. The main provisions of the dissertation work have been brought to the level of specific methodological developments and practical recommendations for improving the management of milk production and processing. Scope of use - government bodies, research centers, institutions of higher education.
