Essay

The dissertation proposes the solution of actual scientific task, which is forming of readiness of future masters of industrial education of motor transport profile for applying digital technologies in professional activities. In the process of scientific search and generalization of its results, the essence of key concepts was clarified. In the study of the concept of “readiness of future masters of industrial education of motor transport profile for applying digital technologies in professional activities” is defined as integrative personal formation, structured by motivational, cognitive, operational and control-evaluation components, which involves updating professional and subject competencies based on the achievements of the digital industry and aimed at extending digital educational environment. Сriteria (motivational, cognitive, operational-activity, control-evaluation) are defined, their indicators and levels (high (systemic readiness), sufficient (functional readiness), medium (elementary readiness), low (digital awareness)) of its formation are characterized. The pedagogical conditions of forming of readiness of future masters of industrial education of motor transport profile for applying digital technologies in professional activities were identified and theoretically substantiated. The structural-functional model of forming of readiness of future masters of industrial education of motor transport profile for applying digital technologies in professional activities, containing three interconnected blocks (target, organizational-content, evaluative-resultful); which reflects the elements of pedagogical process and relations between them in the process of forming the studied readiness was worked out and theoretically substantiated. Organizational and methodical support of the process of training masters of industrial education of motor transport profile was improved. Methodical recommendations aimed at outlining the content, pedagogical technologies, organizational forms, methods, means of professional training with the use of digital technologies and contribute to the formation of the studied readiness was worked out.
