KOSICHENKO I. Transfunctionalization of consulting activities in global coordinates

The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the processes of transfunctionalization of consulting activities in a global environment. Considerable attention is paid to the disclosure of the theoretical foundations of the study of consulting in the global service industry with the generalization of the theoretical discourse of the study of the service economy. Based on the substantiation of the content essence and role of consulting products in the world service economy, the globalizing determinants of consulting business development are comprehensively characterized. The dissertation comprehensively analyzes the organizational, economic and technological modernization of the global consulting industry and reveals the key megatrends of the global consulting market. The dissertation contains the results of the author's researches of scales and structural dynamics of consulting business of Ukraine, and also key trends of its development in a global epoch. The influence of the consulting industry on the macroeconomic dynamics of Ukraine is assessed, as well as the strategic priorities of its development in the context of the formation of a compliance control system in the country are substantiated.
