Boltovska L.L. Organizational and economic principles of management of dynamic processes of meat product subcomplex. - Qualification scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of philosophy on a specialty 051 - Economics. - Vinnytsia National Agrarian University, Vinnytsia, 2021. The dissertation is devoted to substantiation and development of methodical and practical approaches to formation of organizational and economic bases of management of dynamic processes of a meat product subcomplex. It is established that among the main branches of agriculture animal husbandry takes the leading second place. It is a source of important food for humans: milk, meat, eggs, and for industry (food, light pharmaceutical, etc.) supplies various types of raw materials. Live weight gain in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine is formed into a meat product subcomplex, which unites commodity producers of agricultural (livestock) products, trade organizations and meat processing enterprises in the process of raising livestock and poultry, as well as its processing and sale of finished products. . The theoretical essence of the concept of "meat subcomplex", its economic content and place in the structure of the agro-industrial complex are generalized. The main differences in the approaches of scientists to determine the category of "meat subcomplex" were identified, and based on the study it was found that most scientists interpret this category only in terms of components and general purpose, but it should be emphasized that this is an important component of economics. Therefore, we believe that the meat subcomplexit is an important component of the country's economy, which consists of economically and technologically interconnected specialized branches of the agro-industrial complex, combined with integrated ties and common economic interests aimed at efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises, which will contribute to food and national security. The study found that the meat subcomplex is an important component of the food complex and ensures food security of the state. As in Ukraine, in most leading countries of the world the leading place is occupied by such industries as cattle breeding, pig breeding and poultry farming. It has been established that this branch of the economy is quite important for the economy and food security, but it is quite difficult to deal with it for a number of reasons. Therefore, as the study of foreign experience of the meat subcomplex shows, this industry needs constant government support, innovative improvement, andcoordinated mechanism of activity, ensures high efficiency of this sector. The dissertation formulates the basis of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the study of the dynamics of the meat product subcomplex, and the factors influencing the dynamic processes in the industry. Today, the meat subcomplex is characterized by significant dependence on external factors, including imports, customs requirements, international standards, safety and product quality. In the context of globalization and international integration it is impossible to abstract from the action of non-state factors, however, first of all in the formation of strategy for meat development and balancing relations in the meat market should be building domestic capacity under the influence of innovation and investment mechanism. Indicators of organizational and economic factors influencing the development of the industry, including social, economic, environmental, institutional and legal, are conceptualized. The current state of development of the meat product subcomplex is analyzed, the unstable state of which is of concern, because the development of the industry is crucial in the socio-economic situation, and also contributes to improving the quality of life of the population of Ukraine.
