The purpose of the study is to theoretically su bstantiate, develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of the correction technology of the female students’ physique (body type) with regard to the geometry of their body mass in the process of physical training to increase the effectiveness of the latter.
For the first time the mechanisms of female students’ posture regulation with different body type were formed; namely, body pressure centre shifts on support, amplitude of body pressure centre shifting, average radius of deviati on of body pressure centre shifting, linear velocity of body pressure centre, the length of body pressure centre shifting in the sagittal and frontal planes, the ratio of linear and angular velocities, the accumulated shift angle; the angle of deviation of body pressure centre, the shifted area of body pressure centre, the quality of the equilibrium function, the normalized area of the vectorogram, the coefficient of abrupt change of direction, spectral analysis data (frequency and amplitude of different pe aks in the sagittal and frontal planes); for the first time the technology of correction of female students’ physique is proven taking into account geometry of their body mass in the course of physical training. The structure of the technology contained th e purpose, objectives, principles, pedagogical conditions and stages. The peculiarity of the suggested technology is the correctional and preventive direction which is reflected in the developed “Grace” class-studio, based on the content and structure of the author's technology the criteria for its effectiveness are highlighted; for the first time a model of physical development characteris tics of female students aged 17–18 with different body types was developed; knowledge on the use of biomechani cal contr ol has gained further development (using a stabile analyser with biological feedback “Stabilan 01-2” and diagnostic and training complex
The practical significance of the dissertation provides the prospect of using theoretical provisions and methodological developments of the latter in the organization of physical training classes. In particular, we see the logic of applying the technology developed in the dissertation in the process of physical training for students of different body types (based on application of health fitness tools range) in facilitating the improvement of their physical developm ent.
The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, shows the relation of work with scientific plans, defines the purpose, objectives, object and subject of research, reveals the scientific novelty and practical significance of the res
ults, their implementation in practice, the personal contribution of the applicant to jointly published papers, provides information on the work approbation and indicates the number of the author’s publications on the topic of the dissertation.
The first chapter “Correction of students’ physique in physical training process: methodological foundations and guidelines for research” analyses thoughts and positions, formed in the space of humanities, as well as theoretical approaches and concepts on such phenomena, processes and concepts as the process of students’ physical training, body mas geometry, physique (body type), correction technologies.
The value of health is one of the most important in human life. This has become a kind of axiom that cannot be critically considered in terms of its existential function. In the sphere of scientific knowledge, which contains a significant layer of research in the field of health, a number of scientists consider the context of this problem from the standpoint of spatial organization of the human body, which requires comprehending this issue within current reality, which in its turn necessitates the development of a conceptual and methodological scheme for studying this phenomenon. At the present stage, both daily, mass consciousness, and the realm of specialized, professional activities are marked by the appearance of a wide range of interpretations and visions of “body” concept. In general, the physique is one of the characteristics of physical development, which allows forming an objective idea of the spatial organization of the human body morphological components. The physique with its inherent pronounced sexual, age and individual features presupposes its consideration through the prism of a systemic approach as an int erdependent and inter-determined set of morphofunctional components of the human body. Professional scientific literature is a projection of significant experience in studying the issue of body correction among student youth in the process of their physica l training. However, the issue of developing a technology for correcting female students’ physique, taking into account the geometry of their body mass in the process of physical training to increase its effectiveness, still remains unresolved.
