Skrypnyk O. Energy Development Management of Territorial Communities

The aim of the work is to improve the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for managing the energy development of local communities. The object of research is the processes of energy development management of territorial communities in the regions of Ukraine. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological approaches and scientific and applied aspects of energy development management of territorial communities in the context of decentralization reform. To achieve this goal and solve problems in the work used a wide range of methodological techniques, such as: monographic method and the method of theoretical generalization - to collect the information base of the dissertation research; system analysis - to identify and systematize general problems of development of territorial communities; regression analysis - to determine the impact of the decentralization process on the energy development of local communities; cluster and SWOT-analysis - to group the problems of energy development for all territorial communities of Ukraine and find methods to solve them; hypothetical method - to identify common positions and draw analogies in the energy development of territorial communities of Ukraine and Europe; method of mathematical modulation and forecasting - to build a matrix for determining the satisfaction of consumers of solar energy. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of existing theoretical provisions and the development of scientific, practical and methodological recommendations for managing the energy development of local communities.
