Kozhushko S. Criminological Grounds of Crime Prevention in the Defense-Industrial Complex of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex criminological characteristics of crimes in the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine, developing of prevention measures. It is proved that the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine is a space of combination of special, due to both industry specifics and general economic, as well as cultural and psychological factors, phenomena and processes, structures and functions, their states, social activities manifested in them, which can be identified as determinants of crime, criminality, also as tools to reduce the intensity of reproduction of crimes. As a result of the given structural and functional characteristics of the defense-industrial complex, the latter is defined as a resource field for the development of criminal practices in the economic sphere and as an object of destructive influence organized by foreign actors
