Vorona A. Formation of sustainable innovative development of the national economy

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the formation principles of sustainable innovative development of the national economy on the basis of the development of methodological, conceptual and applied components, taking into account the approaches that form and determine the innovative prospects for the development of the Ukrainian economy. In the first chapter, research is carried out and the author's vision of determining the sustainable innovative development of the national economy is formulated. It has been established that sustainable innovative development of the national economy presupposes the coordination of innovative processes at the global, state and regional levels. The second section analyzes the structure of scientific research in Ukraine. The methodological foundations of the comprehensive diagnostics of the innovative development of the national economy have been improved. In the third chapter, the conceptual foundations of the national innovation policy are formed, taking into account the institutional and infocommunication structure of sustainable innovative development. The construction of the innovation infrastructure has been established, four blocks of innovation infrastructure institutions have been identified. It is proposed to use an integrated indicative approach through the grouping of indicators of belonging to a responsible entity at the level of: business and entrepreneurship; states; market; manufacturers of innovations. The paper investigates the mechanism of production and implementation of innovations in Ukraine. The author has developed a model for the development of the production of innovative products in higher education institutions. An integrated mechanism for managing innovation activities, taking into account risks, has been developed, including an economic and mathematical model for assessing risks. As a result of the study of the peculiarities of the implementation of the innovation process, a model has been developed and substantiated, which will allow to determine the vectors of innovative development. The advantages of public-private partnership in the innovative development of the military sphere are substantiated.
