Essay

The main scientific result of the dissertation is to create a theoretical basis for sustainable development of enterprises based on analytical research of the innovative component of their activities and improve its management. The essence and evolution of the concepts «industrial enterprise development», «innovation project» and «target investment portfolio» are studied and their own definition is proposed. Existing approaches to the classification of innovative projects are analyzed and systematized. The essence and necessity of application of the multipurpose approach to the decision of problems of investment planning are defined. The sequence of formation of the investment portfolio of the enterprise using economic and mathematical models (deterministic models, models of stochastic programming, decision-making models in the presence of uncertainty, models of investment portfolio vulnerability, fuzzy models and methods of assessing investment attractiveness). The procedure for assessing the stability of the management system at an industrial enterprise during the implementation of the investment project is proposed. The author's research methodology considers the mathematical basis of innovation management in the system of methodological approaches (transfer management, algorithmic management, creative management), based on the identified processes of innovation management in industrial enterprises in post-conflict transformation. The mechanism of estimation of economic efficiency of innovation management at industrial enterprises is determined. The structural and functional scheme of the national venture capital system has been improved. The structural and functional scheme of the national venture investment system developed by the author differs in the presence of innovation-reproduction, financial-legal and organizational-institutional blocks and allows to create the most favorable conditions for uninterrupted processes such as venture investment, innovation entrepreneurship, investment design and investment.
