Essay

In the dissertation work the theoretical substantiation is carried out and the set of means by means of which in the course of performance of a musical work interaction of the conductor and musical collective is carried out is revealed; there is an exchange of semantic information; there is a psychological and artistic influence of the conductor on the musical group; features of interpretation and psychophysiological qualities of the conductor are reflected. Due to the fact that the activity of the conductor is the unity of management (communicative function) and performance (artistic function), the principles of combining these functions are also covered in the work. It is substantiated that the psychophysiological principles of artistic and non-verbal means of communication are: artistic thinking; emotional and figurative experience of musical content; representation of the artistic result of the applied expressive movement. It is established that the creative activity of the conductor is based on a personal approach to the development of a musical work and psychophysiological components, which form the basis for interaction and understanding between the members of the musical group and the conductor. It is known that the motor mechanisms of team management take a back seat, but the basis of music group management is a psychological approach by introducing psychophysiological factors in the context of creative team management. In addition to creative activity, the conductor must prove himself as a psychologist who is able to translate the musical series into the psychomotor and psycho-emotional plane of music, which reproduces ample opportunities for artistic interpretation of the score and style of performance. The basis of the conductor's creative activity is created by a personal approach to the processing of a musical work and psychophysiological aspects, which form the basis for mutual understanding between the participants of the creative process, and the creation of intonation of a musical work. It is proved that non-verbal communication in music acquires collective features when listeners, performers and conductor react synchronously and equally to gestures, facial expressions, creating a single emotional atmosphere when listening to and reproducing a piece of music through a score of musical text. musical work.
