The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of emotional states of elderly women with coronary heart disease. Based on the results of theoretical analysis of the psychological characteristics of elderly women with coronary heart disease. we can say that it is important to take into account not only personal characteristics, but also certain emotional states. Theoretically, a number of researchers have identified a variety of personal characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease. Thus, in the structure of the so-called personality type "A" there are various psychological features, sometimes contradictory. Representation in the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease of personal, social and biological factors in each patient may be different. In addition, myocardial infarction is possible in a person "who does not fit into the classic coronary personality profile" (for example, a patient who smokes, is obese, and has no personality traits of type "A").In the context of the issue, a thorough analysis of a large number of statistical studies and modern scientific works, which allowed us to state that when identifying specific personality characteristics, the question of whether these characteristics are premorbid or formed as a result of the disease does not always have an unambiguous answer. It is theoretically found that negative feelings worsen the functional state of the heart, causing its electromagnetic destabilization. Among the main mechanisms through which the pathogenic effects of stress in coronary heart disease are: increased secretion of catecholamines, which leads to increased myocardial oxygen demand due to increased heart rate, blood pressure and myocardial contraction; violation of vascular tone of the epicardial arteries and microcirculation; increased platelet aggregation, secretion of some coagulation factors, decreased fibrinolytic activity of blood.
Based on the theoretical analysis of scientific research, we found that the formation of specific conditions can be influenced by biological, social and personal factors.
Based on the analysis of the literature, it was determined that the components of psycho-emotional states of patients with coronary heart disease consist of a set of psychophysiological factors, including: the specifics of emotionally negative states such as anxiety, depression, asthenia, hostility, etc. somatic condition, clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease and concomitant changes in the psycho-emotional sphere; specifics of psycho-traumatic situations; personality traits, in particular, aggression, as well as anxiety, neuroticism and depression in the structure of their personal characteristics.
Acute and chronic traumatization of the psyche, psycho-emotional disorders, the most significant of which are depressive and anxiety-phobic, have been found to play a significant role in the development of coronary heart disease in older women, along with prolonged emotional stress. In addition, in depression, there are behavioral factors such as patients' reluctance to take medication and adhere to the prescribed regimen.
We implemented the research tasks organizationally in three stages. At the first stage, the topic, purpose, hypothesis, subject and objectives of the study were determined, systematization and theoretical analysis of research on reproductive disorders in women in scientific sources. On the second - the selection and substantiation of methodical support of experimental research is carried out. On the third - directly formed a formative experiment and carried out an experimental test of research results and the effectiveness of the implemented author's program.
