Legal guarantees of human rights are one of the fundamental, protective mechanisms of human rights, the effective operation of which determines the rule of law in the state and the legal protection of every citizen. Legal guarantees ensure the practical implementation of legal human rights, because the latter, without clear, procedural, legislative guarantees, will have the characteristics of doctrinaire, and therefore will not be able to fully perform their functions to regulate public relations. In addition, legal guarantees of human rights, provided they are real, effective, accessible and professional, are a powerful means of deterring legal persons from unlawfully infringing on human rights. The presented object of research, in particular, serves as a complex component of the political and legal status of man and citizen.
