Essay

For the first time, training means were systematized, ones were aimed at improving the technical and tactical actions of football players, taking into account the functional support of the special working capacity of football players at the stage of preparation for the highest achievements and the requirements for the level of functional support of special working capacity have been substantiated in order to increase the efficiency of technical and tactical training of football players at the stage of preparation for the highest achievements. A program of special technical and tactical training of football players has been developed; this one was aimed at increasing the efficiency of game actions, taking into account the requirements for the level of functional support of special working capacity of football players at the stage of preparation for the highest achievements the factors of functional readiness, which affect the technical and tactical readiness of football players at the stage of preparation for the highest achievements, have been supplemented, generalized and systematized. These include: a high level of development of the cardiorespiratory system and energy supply of work in accordance with the stage of age development of young men 16-17 years old; the degree of tension of the functional mechanisms of ensuring the game activity of football players, which ensures a longer period of a stable state of special working capacity in the process of improving technical and tactical readiness; the level of possession and ability to implement technical and tactical actions in the process of training and competitive loads of high intensity and a pronounced variable nature of work.
