Amro A. Formation and development of public administration in the field of national security: an international legal aspect

An analysis of the theoretical foundations of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of research, research on the problem of formation and development of public administration in the field of national security. It is substantiated that there are several approaches to the study of public administration in the field of national security. 5 security models are analyzed, in particular: the model of world domination (USA, Great Britain), the model of regional leadership (France), the model of nuclear deterrence (China), the neutral model (Sweden, Finland) and the collective model (Germany). Which gave reason to believe that the world community is actively shaping the national security system through the coordination and integration of national security systems. The main regulatory documents that regulate are analyzed national security system of Ukraine. Which gave grounds to note that Ukraine has a modern system of public administration in the field of national security of Ukraine, taking into account the definition of current threats and forecasting the possible consequences of such threats. At the same time, today the institutional capacity of the national security system needs to be improved, and the current legal framework needs to be improved, taking into account international legal norms. Priority directions of public administration development in the sphere of national security of Ukraine are offered. Theoretical generalization and new solution of an important scientific problem in the field of public administration to determine the conceptual basis for substantiation of the theoretical foundations of formation and development of public administration in the field of national security, taking into account the international legal aspect.
