The first section analyzes scientific and methodological approaches to physical training of servicemen who have suffered injuries, examines the features of professional activities of servicemen as a risk factor for health and the prevalence of combat injuries received in the performance of their duties, the impact of injuries and their consequences on the functional condition of servicemen, as well as the peculiarities of the use of non-medical methods to correct and restore the condition of servicemen who have suffered a contusion.
The professional activities of servicemen are characterized by the presence of a large number of risk factors that can lead to deterioration of their health and reduced combat effectiveness. Contusions and their consequences are quite common violations of the state of combat readiness of servicemen who took part in combatoperations. At the same time, the adaptation of servicemen who received contusions in the line of duty must have a complex character. But this problem has not yet been finally resolved, which determined the relevance of the chosen direction of research.
The conducted study allowed to assess the lifestyle of the vast majority of participants as the one not meeting the existing standards. This assumption is supported by the high prevalence of such risk factors as insufficient duration of night sleep, eating disorders, excessive duration of professional activities and insufficient duration of rest and leisure. This contributes to negative changes in performance and impairs the combat capability of servicemen. The predominance of passive recreation and contact with multimedia technologies significantly increases the likelihood of insufficient physical activity and increased stress. Respondents are dominated by bad habits, while health skills are not widespread.
The analysis of the results of the study of the physical fitness of servicemen who had a contusion shows that a decrease in the speed of reaction indicates an imbalance in the processes of perception and processing of information, which is an illustration of nervous system disorders. Although the vast majority of participants have a sufficient level of physical fitness, at the same time there is a certain number of participants who show worse results than the age norms. This characterizes the impact of the injury on the physical condition of servicemen, and is a sign of general deterioration of health due to existing disorders of the nervous system, reduced overall physical activity in sports and physical training. The risk of transition from the established pre-nosological state to pathology is quite high, which necessitates the justification and development of a program of erogenous orientation of servicemen with contusions.
The main component of such a program is a modified daily routine, the main purpose of which is to optimize the lifestyle of servicemen, limit existing risk factors and increase the effectiveness of existin g vitaut factors. Ergogenic orientation of the daily routine is achieved through the regulation of the main components in accordance with hygienic requirements. Specific measures are proposed to increase the efficiency of the main components of the daily routine. An important point in ensuring the effectiveness of the proposed measures is to improve the monitoring of the functional status of servicemen. For this purpose the use of multimedia technologies, introduction of elements of gamification are offered.
The evaluation of the implementation of the ergogenic physical training program proved its effectiveness, the presence of a positive impact on lifestyle, functional and emotional state and physical fitness of servicemen with injuries. The implementation of measures to optimize the regime moments ensured their improvement and a positive impact on the functional and psycho-emotional state of servicemen. The vast majority of participants achieved normalization of the duration of night sleep, which provides quality recovery of functionality, increase of the basic level of efficiency. Adjustment of the diet by normalizing the frequency of meals and the size of the intervals between them reduces the risk of disorders of the digestive system, significantly increases the combat capability of servicemen.
The use of the tested set of screening tests also confirmed the improvement of the functional and psycho-emotional state of servicemen with contusions in the dynamics of testing the ergogenic program. Positive changes of static and dynamic coordination of movements, improvement of coordination and vestibular apparatus, improvement of indicators of psychoemotional sphere are proved. These dynamics are the evidence of increasing functionality, expanding the adaptive capacity of servicemen, which, in turn, should be assessed as reducing the severity of signs of prenosological conditions of the nervous system, optimizing health, which illustrates the incr ease in their combat capability.
