Essay

The object – the physical education of schoolchildren with autism spectrum disorders in the conditions of inclusive education; the goal – to substantiate and develop the program of inclusive physical education to improve the psychophysical condition of students with autism spectrum disorders; the methods – theoretical (analysis and generalization of literary sources, content analysis, analysis and generalization of experimental data, copying), sociological (questionnaires), medical and biological research, psychodiagnostic, pedagogical methods (testing, experiment), methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty - for the first time, the content of the program of inclusive physical education of schoolchildren with autism spectrum disorders was substantiated. It provides improvement of psychophysical indicators, is focused on the harmonious development of all muscle groups and physical qualities, consistent teaching of educational material of various modules (athletics, gymnastics, swimming, basketball, basketball, volleyball, football) and the presence of an invariant component that includes asanas, kata, imitation of horseback riding, elements of meditation, breathing exercises; for the first time a list of test exercises was formed to determine the physical fitness of children with autism spectrum disorders, and the degree of lag in the development of physical qualities in children with autism spectrum disorders was found out, a short informative version of the test battery was substantiated (for speed, coordination and balance); the system of assessment of psychophysical condition for children with autism spectrum disorders has been improved; the results – author's program of physical education for children with autism spectrum disorders in inclusive education are the developed, that used in the activities of general secondary education institutions in the formation of methodological materials for future physical education teachers; specialization − physical education and sport.
