Pashov O. Neuroproprioceptive rehabilitation of patients with residual manifestations of facial nerve neuropathy in the distant stages of recovery

The dissertation is devoted to an actual problem - the restoration of the functional state of the neuro-muscular system of the face, social activity, and quality of life of patients with residual manifestations of facial nerve neuropathy in the remote stages of rehabilitation. Thq determining the degree of motor disorders of the neuro-muscular apparatus of the face, disorders of psycho-emotional state and social functioning of patients, an algorithm and a program of rehabilitation measures were scientifically substantiated and developed for people with residual facial nerve neuropathy using proprioceptive methods in remote stages of recovery. a significant positive effect of rehabilitation measures was revealed not only on the dysfunction of paretic muscles on the affected side of the face but also on the hyperfunction of facial muscles on the undamaged side.
