The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the solution of an important scientific task to deepen the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological basis and methodological provisions and recommendations for risk management of emergencies of business structures in the context of global informatization. The first section improves the substantive characteristics of risky society, which is supplemented by features of modern two-vector transformation as a combination of phenomena: "black swan" (with the main feature: the unpredictability of the event) and extraordinary event (with the main feature: catastrophic event); terminological characteristics of informatization and its tools, which is complemented by the properties of improving the efficiency of information in society through the selection of advanced information technologies and categorical apparatus of risk management system through a) introduction and substantive definition of the complex concept of "risk management clarification of the essence of the concepts of its semantic structure from the standpoint of their differentiation based on the goals of business processes of business structures or the factor influencing their formation. The second section proposes the categorical-conceptual apparatus of risk management system due to: a) introduction and essential definition of the complex concept of "risk management of emergencies" and clarification of the essence of its semantic structure from the standpoint of their differentiation based on business processes or the factor influencing their formation and development process and the substantive characteristics of the formation of risk management of business structures, which, unlike existing ones, considers external and internal events as extraordinary, which is reflected in their unpredictability and catastrophic consequences. The third section develops conceptual and methodological principles of forming a risk management system for business situations in the context of global informatization, which considers all necessary stages of risk management with further coordinated and economical use of resources to minimize, monitor and control the likelihood or impact of emergencies and, unlike existing ones, is based on the unity of general management principles, general principles of global informatization, specific principles of risk management and specific principles of business emergency management, and on the basis of informatization tools can ensure regular operation of the business structure and prevent its death in case of an emergency of any nature; scientific and methodological approach to the preventive orientation of risk management of emergencies of business structures, which is improved by oriented acyclic graph of the Bayesian network, which results in a posteriori probability and, unlike others, takes into account the causality of emergencies and information and analytical support emergency management of business structures on the basis of adaptive controlling, which, unlike existing ones, is based on rational decentralization of risk management by functions and processes, cascading strategic indicators into drivers at the level of processes and areas of responsibility depending on the organizational level.
