Essay

A systematic approach to the construction of training loads, aimed at the implementation of the structure of functional support of kayak sprinters, was substantiated. The models of training loads, developed taking into account power and capacity of anaerobic energy supply, power of aerobic energy supply, as well as compensation of fatigue in accordance with the parameters of functional provision of special performance at 200 m. and 500 m. are presented. The models of training sessions were developed taking into account individual recovery time after anaerobic lactate work. For the first time program of special physical training, developed on the basis of modeling of micro and meso structures of general-preparatory and special-preparatory stages of preparation of performance of sprinter rowers.
