Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of theoretical foundations’ deepening, methodological provisions’ refinement, and applied recommendations’ preparation for the distribution business process’ investigation, regarding the global digitalization’s impact. In the 1st section “Theoretical and methodological foundations of the distribution transformation’s investigation in the context of global digitalization” the theoretical and methodological bases the digital distribution business process is improved. A digital distribution business process theoretical model consisting of four main elements. The methodological approaches to the analytical study of the global digital distribution market are systematized. The statements on the genesis of theories and the models to investigate distribution transformations on various grounds are systematized. The author proposes new categorical apparatus to study the distribution business process’ digitalization. In the 2nd section “Analysis of the dynamics and trends in the distribution business process’ transformation under the influence of global digitalization” the algorithm for studying the impact of global digitalization on the distribution process. The main current development trends in the global business digitalization are determined. Refinement of the global digital distribution market’s formation process determinants. Regarding the generalized forming imperatives of international companies’ business models in the digital distribution industry, the successful measures are identified. In the 3rd section “Mechanisms for modeling the digital distribution business process’ efficiency” the author identifies the system of digital distribution development’s external effects on the Sustainable Development Goals achievement is determined. The author determines the ways to maximize the income of the digital distribution market’s companies. Applying the BPMN a model for digital distribution business processes’ optimization of an international company is developed. The author proposes a mechanism for state support for the digital transformations development of international companies’ business models, which includes political, legal, economic and administrative levers..
