Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of general patterns and specific features of obligations with compensation for damage which caused by the attractions, to the development of proposals and recommendations for improving the legal regulation of obligations. The work defines an attraction as a legitimate activity of a personal and legal person (the organizer of the attraction) for the satisfaction the needs of individuals (attraction visitors) in entertainment, which is connected with entertaining material objects that can be endowed with concentrated internal energy (an attraction of increased danger), as well as the absence of such energy (normal attraction). The features of the attraction include: 1) an object of the material world; 2) the purpose of the activity is to entertain visitors; 3) place of activity - a specially equipped place for leisure of the population; 4) availability of energy. The relevance of the establishment of the conditions for the attraction’s activityis substantiated, using the method of infrared diagnostics of the attraction's malfunction in order to prevent incidents of damage the visitors and ensure the appropriate activity of the attractions. Attractions of increased danger, are separated into a special types, because: 1) an attraction that is an object of the material world, which can be considered as source of increase danger only in the process of carrying out its activity; 2) lack of complete human control over the activity of the attraction; 3) despite taking all measures of precaution of caution and observing safety rules, there is a possibility that the attraction will cause damage to others; 4) the creation of increased danger.The presence of energy that moves the visitor of the attraction along a given trajectoryis attributed the special features of an attraction of increased danger. The definition of the concept of a virtual reality attraction is formulated as entertainment, artificially created by technical means, designers and programmers, for immersion a person in a virtual environment, which is transmitted to the visitor through his perception of the world through sight, hearing and touch. The expediency of setting age restrictions for the visitor of the virtual reality attraction is substantiatedin relation to his reaching the age of seven. Modern attractions are classified according to the following criteria: 1) safety; 2) technical complexity; 3) areas of the visitor's stay; 4) age of visitors; 5) impact on human consciousness; 6) seasonality of entertainment; 7) mobility; 8) principle of action.
