Tsimbolynets G. International Labour Migration as a Factor of Regional Development of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of international labour migration, its impact on the development of the regions of Ukraine, as well as to the identification of mechanisms for using the potential of labour migrants for regional development in Ukraine. The thesis substantiates the prospects of the policy of using the investment and human potential of migrant workers, promoting their economic activity. A number of measures are proposed concerning the creation of organisational and institutional mechanisms to promote investment and entrepreneurial activity of migrant workers, as well as the creation of conditions for inclusive governance and public-private partnerships as factors of community cohesion and strengthening the territorial identity of migrants, and their social responsibility for future communities.
