In the dissertation, a holistic comprehensive analysis of the problem of forming the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction in the process of studying the professional disciplines has been carried
out. A theoretical analysis of the problem of forming the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction has been presented. The characterisation of the leading scientific approaches to the problem of forming the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction has been substantiated. The need for general philosophical (analysis of the category "social" and the concept of the social sphere in the context of the research problem), general scientific (systemic, competence, contextual and activity scientific approaches) and specific scientific (a set of research methods and techniques) levels of the methodology of the researched problem has been established. The interdisciplinary nature of the research methodology has been noted; the leading meaning of the concept of interaction for the theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of training the social workers for the pedagogical interaction in the conditions of the higher educational institutions has been clarified.
The systemic nature of the researched phenomenon is presented in the dissertation in connection with the concept of a pedagogical system as a set of information, communication, subject and the target components. A competent approach to the research problem has been used on the basis of establishing a connection between the processes of formation of the readiness and a competence for the certain types of the professional activity of the social workers.
Interaction as a basic concept of the research is defined as a joint action (and therefore interaction is categorically interconnected with action) of several subjects or objects, in which the result of the action of one of them affects the other/others, and changes their state or way of functioning.
The definition of the concept of "the professional training of the social workers" is formulated.
The specifics of the content of the training of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction in institutions of the higher education have been clarified.
The study of a content of the professional disciplines, carried out in accordance with the requirements for conducting a content analysis, involved the selection of three criteria of the specified analysis – the thesaurus criterion,
functional and target criteria.
The structure of the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction is substantiated, criteria, indicators and levels of a formation of the specified readiness are determined.
A matrix for structuring the readiness of the future specialists for the professional activity was designed, which proved the dominance of motivational, cognitive, operational and reflective components of the readiness.
The effectiveness of the technology for forming the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction in the process of studying the professional disciplines as a system of mutually coordinated components (social, target, methodical, procedural, effective) aimed at forming the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction through planning, organisation and implementation of the process of studying the professional disciplines.
The program of a pedagogical experiment to study the level of the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction is designed, its purpose, hypothesis, stages (tasks and methods) and the diagnostic research methods are described, and the general and sample population is determined. The level of the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction has been calculated as an integral quality of the manifestation of the individual criteria and indicators.
At the ascertaining stage of the experiment, the existing level of the readiness of the future social workers for the pedagogical interaction in the process of studying the professional disciplines has been established.
