Lokhart D. The Sacred Discourse of the Poetic Work of Vira Vovk

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the category sacrum (the sacred) in the artistic world of Vira Vovk's poetry. A detailed analysis of the issue of artistic mastering of themes, motifs and images of Vira Vovk's poetic work in the context of religious and mythological-ritual worldview and the category of the sacred has not yet been created. It is important to find out the artistic reflection and combination of religious and mytho-ritual worldviews, Christian and pagan worldviews in Vira Vovk's poetry, which give new meanings to traditional plots, images and motifs of her poetic world. Equally important is the clarification of the correspondence between the trends in the development of the poet's artistic thinking and the means of the religious representation of the poet to the trends of religious poetry in the Ukrainian and world literary process of the second half of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries. The results of the research prove that Vira Vovk in her poetic heritage also created a special artistic vision of the universe, presenting a special poetic cosmic concept of the universe – the macrocosm of being and the microcosm of human existence. This artistic and philosophical structure of her artistic world is extremely multifaceted, it combines both the special artistic macrocosm of the Universe with the scattering of galaxies, black holes, stars and light from it, and the special microcosm of her own soul. At the same time, her microcosm does not become an expression of only her own spiritual and spiritual world, but at the same time of Humanity in general, and of Ukrainian people in particular. It is proved that the poetic world of Vira Vovk can be considered as a certain artistic matrix, which is permeated with sacred images, themes and motifs, which is based on the Christian worldview and worldview of the poetess. She created a special poetic and artistic conception of the Universe, an artistic vision of the cosmic universe – the macrocosm of the existence of humanity (and, in particular, the Ukrainian people) and the microcosm of human existence – one's own human soul – as an expression of the soul of the Ukrainian person.
