Stryzhak A. Formation of social success of junior high school students in the learning process

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the problem of forming the social success of junior high school students in education. The importance of forming a socially successful personality is determined by the needs of modern society in the conditions of the activation of globalization and transformational social processes. A socially successful person is able to effectively solve urgent social problems, which is ensured by his education, a formed system of personal values and moral norms, adequate self-esteem and self-respect, stable motives and aspirations, willpower, social and emotional intelligence. At the same time, what 10 has been outlined has a significant impact on the social situation of the development of education seekers. The social success of an individual begins to manifest itself most clearly in elementary school age due to his participation in the learning process. The formed social success of junior high school students in the process of learning will contribute to the successful solution of the tasks of New Ukrainian school, which involve the formation of cross-cutting skills as the basis of all personal competencies. Therefore, the problem of creating the necessary conditions for the formation of the social success of younger schoolchildren in education is becoming actualized. The purpose of the research: to theoretically study and empirically investigate the social success of junior high school students in the learning process; to develop psychological support and to test the program of formation of social success of younger schoolchildren in the learning process. The object of the study: social performance of junior high school students. The subject of the study: the formation of social success of younger schoolchildren in the process of learning. The theoretical and methodological bases of the research, which were substantiated as a result of the implementation of the first stage, are the principles of systemic, subject and activity approaches about the activity of the individual, aspirations and direction, the result of activity, etc.; as well as provisions on success, social success, success, social success of an individual. A complex empirical study of the formation of the social success of junior high school students in the process of learning involved the use of an array of reliable and valid psychodiagnostics methods and was implemented during the second and third stages. At the second stage, the levels of formation of the components of the social success of junior high school students were studied, the connections between them and with cross-curricular learning skills, and group interaction as a predictor of the social success of junior high school students was studied. At the third stage, the model of psychological support for the formation of social success of younger schoolchildren in education was substantiated, the program «Path to social success» was developed, which was tested in a formative experiment, which was tested in a formative experiment. At the fourth stage, the obtained results were processed 318 junior high school students took part in the empirical study (161 in the experimental group and 157 in the control group). As a result of the conducted theoretical analysis, systematization and generalization of the main scientific approaches to the study of the problem of the formation of social success of younger schoolchildren in the process of learning, the psychological essence and structure of the concepts «success», «social success», «personal success», «personal social success», «social success of younger schoolchildren in education». The success of an individual is an integrative entity that contains a motive, effort, will, abilities, recognition of achievements and is evidenced by a concrete result of activity. Social success is the achievement of an individual in a socially significant activity, which is determined by his abilities and connections in society. The success of an individual is a complex integrative formation consisting of motivational (motives, aspirations, etc.), instrumental (abilities, intelligence, experience, self-esteem, etc.), emotional-behavioral (values, will, social and emotional intelligence, etc.) components and their components, which relate to various spheres of life. The social success of an individual is an integrative entity that contains cognitive, emotional and regulatory abilities that contribute to success in various activities thanks to effective interactions with other people. The social success of an individual is constructed by motivational (motivation to achieve success, needs), instrumental (adequate self-esteem, education) and emotional-behavioral (observance of moral norms and social values, will, social and emotional intelligence) components.
