The dissertation study analyzes the problems of forming the motivation of future teachers of musical art to educational and performing activities on the basis of a synergetic approach, substantiates the scientific and theoretical foundations of the phenomenon under study, determines its essence and develops a meaningful structure, and also presents the results of experimental verification of the developed and implemented methodology, stating its effectiveness both from the point of view of scientific and theoretical substantiation, and in the field of practical methodological support for the implementation of the tasks set and the solution of the actual problem of professional training of future teachers of musical art. The practical implementation of ways to achieve the goal of the study was carried out on the basis of the introduction into the process of professional training in general and piano training in particular of the developed methodological model that accumulates tools for both purposeful pedagogical stimulation and situational influences for the phased formation of motivation for students of music and pedagogical universities to educational and performing activities, the final result of which is the formation of educational and performing activities. Readiness for professional music production performance. The methodological foundations of the synergetic approach as a methodological basis for the formation of the phenomenon under study have been generalized.
The author has established that the currently existing pedagogical tools for the formation of motivation of students of the faculties of arts of pedagogical universities regarding the purposeful acquisition of knowledge and skills in the field of musical performance are not sufficiently developed, structured and not classified in accordance with the stage nature of the motivational process, despite the fact that for the professional conduct of music art lessons, students after graduation musical and pedagogical higher educational institutions are obliged to have the formed skills of professional instrumental (piano) performance.
Thus, it is very important to purposefully model the methodology that provides the process of professional training in general and instrumental (piano) training, in particular, with pedagogical instruments that direct the personality of the future specialist directly to improve the effectiveness of his own musical performance by pedagogical stimulation of the corresponding staging motivational formations (needs, interests, psychological attitudes, etc.), pedagogical support of their stable and conscious nature. The pedagogical request for the development of such a methodology is due to the need to resolve contradictions between the growing needs of secondary education institutions in improving the professional activities of a music teacher in the field of organizing collective music-making of schoolchildren, conducting musical and performing activities, organizing school-wide musical festive events and the lack of a strategic methodological direction for activating motivational processes in future teachers of musical art, aimed at the fundamental and systematic mastery of knowledge and skills of professional musical performance.
The purpose of the study is defined as a scientific and theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of methods for the formation of motivation of future teachers of musical art to educational and performing activities on the basis of a synergistic approach.
During the analysis of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the problem of forming the motivation of the future teacher of musical art to educational and performing activities, the corresponding motivational formations, in the context of studying the significance of the pedagogical influence on the formation of this phenomenon, the author developed and clarified the sequence of five pedagogical stimulations of the motivational process.
