KARPENKO Y. Transformation of the state administration system in the sphere of economic protection: organizational and legal mechanism.

The dissertation is a complex scientific study, in which the scientific and practical task of improving the organizational and legal foundations of functioning and improving the state management system in the sphere of economic protection is disclosed. In the dissertation, a study of the historical conditions of the implementation of the state administration of the sphere of protection of the economy of Ukraine was carried out, as a result of which seven periods of the development of the researched process at various stages of Ukrainian state formation were identified and analyzed. The period of national liberation processes and Ukrainian state formation in 1917-1921 is recognized as the most indicative from the point of view of the accentuated systemic state policy for the protection of the economy.
