Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers. On the basis of the analysis and synthesis of the studied regulatory and legal documents in the field of higher and primary education, the relevance of the raised problem is justified, the terminological apparatus of the research is outlined, and the pedagogical terms of the process are determined. The essence of health-preserving competence has been clarified and the peculiarities of the use of health-preserving technologies in the educational process of primary classes of general secondary education institutions have been established on the basis of the implementation of modern approaches to the formation of professional competences of future teachers. Analysis of the educational process of pedagogical institutions of higher education regarding the training of future primary school teachers and the formation of their health-preserving competence was carried out. It was determined that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers should take into account all the components and features of the educational process, be focused on professionally oriented student training and the formation of their health-preserving competence at each of the specified stages. In order to visualize the structure of the formation of health-saving competence of future primary school teachers, its structural and functional model was designed. The positive dynamics of the pedagogical experiment testifies to the effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical terms of the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: - for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers in the process of methodical training were substantiated (ensuring positive motivation of students for the formation of their health-preserving competence; organization of the educational process of a institution of higher education on the principles of health-preserving person-oriented pedagogy, integration of educational courses and introduction of a system of experiential learning; increasing of the use of interactive learning methods aimed at the formation of future primary school teachers health-preserving competence in the educational process of their professional training); - a structural and functional model of the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers has been developed, which covers the following blocks: target (social order, goal), procedural and content (types of activities and their content, forms and methods of organizing activities, pedagogical terms), diagnostic (components, stages, criteria); resultative (levels of the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers, results); - the content of educational subjects of the health-preserving area has been improved on the basis of the competency approach; methods of the formation of health preserving competence; criteria, indicators of the levels of its formation have been made better; - the structure of the health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers (value and motivational component, cognitive component, operational and technological component, and the component of the teacher's professional and personal qualities) and the stages of its formation were clarified; - the concept of «health-preserving competence of primary school teachers», «structure of health-preserving methodical training of future primary school teachers» and directions of practical implementation of health-preserving technologies in their training are specified; - the issues of the formation of the health-saving competence of future primary school teachers; innovative technologies in the preparation of future primary school teachers for the health-preserving activities and interactive teaching methods acquired further development. The practical significance of the obtained results is: in the creation, substantiation and implementation of the structure of the formation of health-preserving competence of future primary school teachers; in the development of educational and methodical complexes of educational subjects: «Life safety with the basics of labor protection», «Anatomy with the basics of genetics and valeology», «Basics of medical knowledge», «Methodology of teaching natural educational field», «Inclusive education», «Methodology of studying social and health-preserving educational field», «Methodology of the studying physical education field», «Research and diagnostic practice»; selective subjects – «Fundamentals of social and medical work», «Theory and practice of health-preserving innovations», «First pre-medical aid (Medical rescue according to EU standards)».
